Number of Positions: 2 (1 Full Time, 1 Part Time - Weekends)
What You'll Do:
Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
Answer calls, manage bookings, and respond to client inquiries
Promote wellness packages, memberships, and drip services
Use our CRM system to track sales, appointments, and client engagement
Create content or assist with social media posts and promotions
Keep the front desk and lobby area tidy, welcoming, and organized
Coordinate schedules with providers and ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For:
A people-person who's genuinely excited to interact with clients
Quick learner with a go-getter attitude and ability to multitask
Familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., Booker, Vagaro, etc.)
Social media savvy - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, etc.
Comfortable in a sales-support role (up-selling memberships and services)
Previous experience in a wellness, spa, or medical office is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
