We are searching for the best talent for **IT Manufacturing Systems Co-Op** to be in **Raritan, NJ.**

+ The Co-op term is from July to December, 2025

+ Full time requirement (40 hours per week)

**Purpose:**

This position allows students to apply their technical skills in a hands-on environment, with a focus on their passion for IT systems and process optimization. In this position, the individual will work with the site Technical Product Owner and the extended IT team to support ongoing system integration and deployment projects. They will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in IT projects requiring multi-functional collaboration and gain an understanding of day to day operations within a global pharmaceutical company.

This co-op position offers an outstanding chance to contribute to impactful projects that improve manufacturing processes and systems, ultimately improving our patients' outcomes, experiences, and outreach through technology, making it a thrilling opportunity for any technology enthusiast.

**You will be responsible for:**

+ Collaborate with the TPO for ongoing projects.

+ Assist in issue resolution and support of manufacturing systems.

+ Learn and assist in network infrastructure setup and management.

+ Document technical processes and changes for transparency and compliance.

+ Support the implementation of technology solutions.

+ Collect and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.

+ Participate in the analysis and optimization of technology processes.

+ Conduct research on new technologies that could improve operational efficiency.

+ Help maintain system documentation and standards.

**Qualifications / Requirements:**

+ Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at accredited University is required.

+ Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.

+ Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.

+ Strong interest in IT and automation technologies.

+ Basic understanding of network infrastructure principles.

+ Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

+ Superb communication and teamwork skills.

+ Ability to work independently and manage time optimally.

+ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

+ Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

**Preferred:**

+ Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java.

+ Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.

+ Exposure to control systems and industrial automation.

+ Previous internship or co-op experience in a related field.

+ Experience with data visualization tools.

+ Understanding of cybersecurity principles in manufacturing environments.

+ Experience in project management methodologies.

**Other:**

+ **Language requirements:** Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

+ **Travel percentage:** Minimal travel required, primarily within the local area for team collaboration.

+ **Certifications:** Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco) are preferred but not required.

+ **Vehicle requirements:** Valid driver’s license preferred for local site visits.

The expected pay range for this position is between $22.00 **/hr** and $51.50 **/hr** , but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. **Housing stipend will be offered for those that qualify.** This position is ineligible for severance. **The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**

$22.00/hr to $51.50/hr
