Project Development Manager - $140k + Bonus Westport, CT

Location: Hybrid (1–2 days/week in-office)

Salary: $140,000 base + performance bonuses

As they continue scaling a high-performing portfolio, they're looking for a seasoned renewable energy professional to join the team and lead late-stage development efforts.

The Role:

This is your chance to own critical-path deliverables in the final stages of project development, including:

Managing interconnection agreements with utilities

Overseeing permitting and regulatory approvals

Conducting technical and commercial due diligence

Collaborating across engineering, legal, and external stakeholders to hit project milestones
