About the Role:
We're currently looking for a Certified Fire Technician: Alarm, Sprinkler & Suppression with experience in testing, inspecting, and/or installing fire alarm systems. We're seeking someone ready to hit the ground running with minimal training.
Requirements:
1. Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
2. Reliability: Must be able to be self motivated/disciplined and work independently of supervision.
3. Professionalism: If you can get along with others and treat them the way you'd like to be treated you'll be rewarded well.
4. Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift and move 50 lb. on a regular basis.
5. Excellent customer relations.
6. Problem solving skills.
7. Mechanically inclined.
8. Ability to work well with coworkers.
Summary
As a Fire Technician specializing in Alarm, Sprinkler, and Suppression systems, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire safety equipment. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge and electrical experience to ensure compliance with safety standards. Your core skills in field service and low voltage systems will be essential, while your premium abilities in blueprint reading and system design will enhance your effectiveness. Additionally, your experience in alarm system sales will contribute to the growth of our services, making you a vital asset to our team.
