We are seeking to add a Clerical Data Entry/Coordinator to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, record keeping, report preparation, customer contact, project scheduling.
Responsibilities:
Enter variety of data using current technology
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
Review and enter data updates in the systems
Identify, review and resolve discrepancies in data received
Advise management of issues related to data and actions taken
Project scheduling
Customer contact Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
Excellent typing skills
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Able to pass a background check, drug test
Full-time and Part-Time Option available
