Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Accurately document care and any changes in residents' conditions

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license in the state of California

Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills

Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
