Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler with proven expertise in Primavera P6 and a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to ensure timely delivery of complex pharmaceutical projects. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to support planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.

Integrate project scope, timelines, and resources into a comprehensive schedule.

Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes and delays.

Analyze schedule impacts and provide mitigation strategies.

Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders and senior management.

Facilitate schedule review meetings and provide schedule risk assessments.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Primavera P6 in a project scheduling role.

Pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory (GMP environments preferred).
