SAP EWM Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP EWM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to join our team. This role requires on-site presence and is ideal for professionals who are fluent in English and have a background in food or FMCG industries. We are deploying SAP EWM for both manufacturing/factory warehouses and distribution centers, including directed case picking, receiving & putaway, pallet picking, and truck loading.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Go-Live event on location (Inbound, Staging, Internal, Outbound processes).

Support the end users according to the new business and system processes.

Support defect investigation and resolution according to the agreed escalation path in

case of business impact.

Ensure the template solution and the foreseen as-is state is adopted in the business as

usual situation.

Prepare Go-Live Documents as necessary (Work Instructions, Job Aids, Technical

Documentation).

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and logistics

operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, supply chain, and IT

Implement and train users on clean desk policy.

Drive process simplification and user experience improvements for warehouse

operators.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM with at least 1 full life cycle implementation

of EWM 9.0 or above.

Fluent or native-level proficiency in English.

Willingness to work on-site / hybrid / visit the office regularly and work in different shifts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Team player with the ability to work independently and within a defined team structure.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience of large scale ERP implementations preferably within the food or FMCG

industry.

SAP certification(s) in EWM or related modules.

Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM, PP, QM).
