Operations Coordinator

Coverings Group is a commercial flooring company with offices in North Carolina, and plans for additional locations throughout the Southeast and beyond. We are building a high functioning team that will allow us to be the top resource in the flooring industry.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator (Inside) for our Raleigh, NC office. This person is responsible for a multitude of things. The Operations Coordinator must work well within a team environment. They must communicate with the appropriate team members regarding each project. Operations Coordinators must prioritize time management to meet appropriate deadlines. This person participates in regular meetings with sales & production team members. Conversational in Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Order entry, order acknowledgements, and project logistics including shipment tracking

Assists with inventory management to ensure installation dates are met

Manages all purchasing of office supplies and materials

Supports Accounts Payable team with reconciliation of invoices

Generates submittals, safety documents, LEED, and close out documents related to projects

Collaborates with Estimators, Project Managers, Installers, and Sales team to ensure project success
