Location: On-site – Mountain View, CA

Contract Role ASAP Through December 31, 2025 (Likely Extension)

Morson Talent is partnering with a pioneering aerospace organization in search of a Simulation Integration Specialist to support mission-critical simulation and integration work on next-gen autonomous electric aircraft.

If you're experienced in hardware/software integration and ready to work hands-on with HIL/SIL simulation platforms, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Deploy, validate, and integrate simulation platforms for HIL and system-level environments

Support commissioning and integration of real-time software/hardware systems

Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple simulation layers

Maintain software version control and implement updates/patches

Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver robust simulation and test solutions

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

3+ years of experience in simulation, integration, or embedded systems

Proficiency in C/C++ and Python

Solid experience with HIL/SIL setups

Excellent debugging, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills

Nice-to-Haves:

Aerospace or flight simulation experience

Familiarity with FSTDs, avionics, aircraft dynamics, or aerospace systems

Knowledge of ARINC 429/664, RS-485, CAN, or similar protocols

Background in system-level test environments or certification workflows

Shifts (Must be available for both):

1:

Sunday–Thursday

Core: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM PT

On-Call: 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM PT

2:

Monday–Friday

Core: 4:00 AM – 11:00 AM PT

On-Call: 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM PT

Note: Full 40-hour workweek can be expensed due to on-call responsibilities.
