Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Owner with deep expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter to join our growing Center of Excellence (CoE) team. This role will focus on claims acceleration initiatives, delivering enhancements to the ClaimCenter platform, and integrating core insurance systems including PolicyCenter and BillingCenter. Experience with OneInc is a strong plus. As a Product Owner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to drive strategic and tactical improvements to the claims lifecycle. You will translate business requirements into clear user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Product Owner for the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform, leading product vision, roadmap, and delivery for claims acceleration initiatives.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and define enhancement features that drive efficiency and user satisfaction.
Work closely with the Center of Excellence to ensure best practices and reusable solutions across Guidewire implementations.
Facilitate integration and alignment of PolicyCenter and BillingCenter data and processes into ClaimCenter to enable end-to-end claims management.
Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams on the implementation and configuration of Guidewire modules.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear articulation of user stories and acceptance criteria.
Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain a strong focus on claims process efficiency, automation, and digital payment solutions; familiarity with OneInc is a plus
Qualifications:
Required:
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in P&C insurance, preferably in claims.
Strong working knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter; experience with integrations across Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
Proven track record of delivering product enhancements in an agile/scrum environment.
Experience working in or with a Center of Excellence framework or governance model.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Experience with OneInc or other claims payment platforms.
Knowledge of agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
Guidewire certifications (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter) are a plus.
Experience in claims modernization or digital transformation projects.
