Role Overview:

Responsible for managing maintenance operations of tower sites, including ticket triage, contractor coordination, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensures compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

4+ years in field/site maintenance or tower operations

Strong communication & analytical skills

Experience reading technical drawings

Proficient in MS Excel and general office tools

Valid driver's license required

Associate degree or technical/military training preferred
