The Mainframe Architect would need to have at least 15 years of IT experience.

This Candidate is responsible for defining and maintaining the structure of the solution, and ensuring that it will meet the requirements.

Technical hands-on experience in one or more system programming areas like z/OS, Storage, CICS, DB2/IMS, Capacity planning, Network etc.,

Experience leading technical teams in hardware & software refresh with Mainframe leadership skills.

Experience with running complex infrastructure projects with multiple dependencies.

Designing and implementing integration points between mainframe systems and other enterprise applications or systems.

Ability to design and implement complex mainframe solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to architectural standards.

Familiarity with mainframe middleware (e.g., WebSphere)."
