Project Estimator

Role Overview:

As the Estimator, you'll be responsible forpreparing accurate cost estimates,reviewing project documents, andcollaborating closely with project managers and subcontractorsthroughout the preconstruction phase.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed takeoffs and estimates for commercial projects

Review plans, specs, and proposals to determine scope and pricing

Solicit bids from subcontractors and vendors

Participate in value engineering and budgeting exercises

Support proposal development and client presentations

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of commercial estimating experience (GC or subcontractor background)

Strong understanding of construction scopes, materials, and market pricing

Proficiency in estimating tools likeBluebeam,PlanSwift, orProEst

Excellent communication and organizational skills
