JOB SUMMARY:

Seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to drive the evolution of our consumer digital platforms, focusing on creating seamless, innovative user experiences across mobile and web applications. This role demands a skilled designer who can reimagine user interactions, leveraging design systems for cohesive experiences, and optimizing customer journeys through insightful design strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to transform complex processes into intuitive, accessible designs, elevating the user experience to new heights.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Reimagine and design innovative, end-to-end user experiences with a focus on ease of use and customer satisfaction.

Employ design systems across multi-platform environments to ensure a unified and cohesive customer experience.

Create scalable design solutions using modularization and content strategy principles.

Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and advocate for user needs.

Work closely with engineers, product managers, and experts to deliver compelling, user-centric designs.

Must have Skills

Expertise in mobile and web design principles.

Proficient in prototype tools and design software (Figma, Sketch, XD).

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Industry Experience:

Proven track record in consumer and mobile product design, preferably with experience in finance or tax preparation domains.

Desired Experience:

At least 5 years in product design, with a solid portfolio showcasing design projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
