Warehouse General Production Associate – Join Our Growing Team in Reno!
Location: Reno, Nevada
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Shifts:
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM
Fridays may be required based on production needs.About the Role
Are you looking for a stable job with a supportive team and room to grow? We’re hiring General Production Associates to help manufacture and distribute freezer ice packs for the West Coast. This is a hands-on role in a climate-controlled warehouse where your contributions directly support our mission to deliver quality products efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Load and unload ice packs from production machines.
Place ice packs on racks, in boxes, or on pallets.
Use RF scanners and tape guns to manage inventory.
Pick and pack orders accurately.
Work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.What We’re Looking For
Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday, with occasional Fridays).
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
Basic math skills for counting and inventory.
Experience in general labor, packing, or warehouse work is a plus.
Forklift experience is a bonus!

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
