Backend Engineer

Architect & implement backend services

Develop GraphQL APIs to support AI agents & real-time frontends

Build secure, scalable models for production, procurement, & inventory

Improve database performance & ensuring system reliability

Support CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based environments, & deployment workflows

Enable real-time coordination across human & AI agents

Job Requirements:

4+ years of backend or full-stack experience with production systems

Strong experience with Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL

Experience designing secure APIs with clear access control

Proven experience from design to deployment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong problem-solving skills

Familiarity with FEDRAMP, ITAR/DFARS, or secure multi-tenant architectures preferred

Experience with WebSockets, real-time systems, or frontend debugging in React preferred
