The Opportunity

Are you an experienced leader who thrives on guiding complex digital transformations? We are seeking a results-driven Oracle Cloud SaaS Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale Oracle Cloud programs. In this role, you will be instrumental in solving our clients' most pressing business challenges, working with diverse, multicultural teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Lead Project Delivery:Command the full project lifecycle for Oracle Cloud transformations. You will be responsible for detailed task planning, effort estimation, and progress tracking to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Manage Global Teams:Direct and mentor a global team of onshore and offshore developers. You will enforce development best practices and ensure all deliverables meet our high-quality standards.

Drive Strategic Solutions:Collaborate closely with functional leads to ensure all technical solutions are robust, fit for purpose, and aligned with client business requirements.

Manage Stakeholders & Risk:Proactively manage project risks, issues, and change requests. You will be the key point of contact for the client, responsible for managing expectations and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Champion Process Improvement:Help define and optimize effective business processes, driving organizational change through expert negotiation and consensus-building.

Ensure Successful Implementation:Provide hands-on leadership throughout the implementation and post-implementation support phases, utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle (SDLC) techniques and system documentation.

What You'll Bring (Required Skills & Qualifications)

Proven Project Leadership:Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale Oracle Cloud projects, including at least two transformation programs with budgets over $3M and experience managing projects greater than $5M.

Certification:Engagement Manager (EM) Certified (L1 or higher) or equivalent project/program management certification.

Methodology Expertise:Deep proficiency in Agile (Scrum) methodology for build phases and a strong command of Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards.

Educational Background:A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Willingness to Travel:The ability to travel weekly to client sites as needed is required.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have Skills)

Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules or a strong solution architect mindset to effectively validate technical solutions.
