Project Management Analyst

Position: Contract Only.

Location: Fenton, MO.

Salary: Hourly (depending on experience).

Hours: M – F (3 to 4 days a week in-office, 30 to 35 hours a week until completion).

Duration: Possibly 6 months.

Status: Must be a US Citizen.

Start: ASAP.

Overview: We are looking for a person with expert-level MS Project experience to train our schedulers on how to use MS Project to create, update and implement schedules for our multi-year engineering design/procure/deliver projects.

Job Functions/Experience Needed:

Train relatively novice Project Schedulers on MS Project.

Have experience training others on MS Project.

Have experience with MS Project (extensive), including specifically engineering projects, and Server (at the enterprise level).

Have experience with Timecards (allotting hours to specific projects).

Give feedback on the current schedule (with thousands of activities) this person will need to aid in current business practices.

Assist with how to set up timekeeping in company project schedules.

Experience with scheduling engineering design/procure projects.

Technical Skills:

MS SQL Server on an enterprise level.

MS Project.

MS 365.

MS Server

In-depth Scheduling and Timekeeping knowledge.

Additional Skills: Experience as a Project Controls Specialist or a Scheduler with an engineering firm.

Experience:

7 years’ experience with scheduling engineering design/procure projects.

Expert-level MS Project Manager.

Trainer, SME or Lead in timekeeping and schedules.

Education: Engineering degree preferred.
