The Sr. SFCC Full-Stack Developer will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and high-performing eCommerce solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This role requires deep expertise in both front-end and back-end development within the SFCC platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering great customer experiences, confident navigating across the full development stack, and experienced in supporting large-scale, omni-channel retail environments. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to continuously enhance our commerce ecosystem and support Funko's global digital commerce.

What You’ll Do

Lead the development of both front-end and back-end features on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C/Demandware), including ISML templates, controllers, pipelines, jobs, and integrations.

Architect and implement scalable commerce solutions that align with business requirements and SFCC best practices.

Maintain and extend custom SFCC cartridges and integrate with external services (e.g., OMS, PIM, payment gateways, tax providers).

Collaborate with UX and UI teams to implement pixel-perfect, accessible, and performant storefront experiences.

Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards and performance best practices across the SFCC codebase.

Work with DevOps and CI/CD teams to support automated deployments and environment management for SFCC.

Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and technical design discussions as a senior technical voice on the team.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including defect analysis, hotfixes, and performance bottlenecks.

Stay current with SFCC roadmap updates, features, and Salesforce ecosystem integrations, proactively advising on platform optimization.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal documentation and onboarding materials.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C/Demandware).

Deep understanding of SFCC architecture including SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture), Business Manager, and OCAPI.

Proficiency in JavaScript (client-side and server-side), ISML, HTML5, CSS/SASS, and AJAX.

Experience with Node.js or similar back-end technologies in support of headless commerce or API integrations is a plus.

Familiarity with version control systems (Bitbucket, Git) and branching strategies.

Experience integrating third-party APIs (e.g., payment processors, shipping, reviews, analytics).

Understanding of performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, SSR, and CDN configurations.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to partner across engineering, QA, product, and design.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and mobile-first design principles.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a bias for clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

Salary Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $131,500 – 175,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
