We re looking for experienced professionals who can confidently navigate high volumes of data entry, prioritize multiple simultaneous requests, and maintain polished, professional communication especially over email. The ideal Customer Support Data Analyst brings a blend of focus, flexibility, and ownership to every interaction and system task.

COMPENSATION, SCHEDULE & LOCATION

$20 $23/hour (Based on Experience)

Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM

Fort Worth, TX Onsite

DIRECT HIRE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately process various daily order types: POs, bill-only, transfers, drop-shipments, returns, and literature requests

Prioritize and juggle multiple time-sensitive requests from the Sales Team and internal stakeholders

Enter case sheets, manage credits and returns, and uphold client-specific pricing protocols (IDN, GPO)

Maintain proactive, detail-rich communication via email with internal departments

Ensure documentation precision and follow-through on every order

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years in customer service experience in non-call center setting - retail or hospitality

Experience processing online orders or performing high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy

Demonstrated ability to thrive in structured, fast-moving environments with shifting priorities

Excellent written communication and task execution primarily through email\

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP/order platforms preferred

Consistent job tenure and stability in past roles this is a long-term Customer Support Data Analyst opportunity, not a stepping stone

High School Diploma or GED
