Condition Monitoring Expert

Seeking an experienced industrial maintenance professional to analyze data from ultrasound, vibration, oil sensors, and remote sources.

Perform data analysis, generate reports, and provide technical consultation to reduce machine downtime and failures.

Evaluate machine info, costs, and components to recommend proactive maintenance and reliability solutions.

Detect component degradation and failure modes early to prevent costly damages.

Lead customer communication, technical support, and training, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Develop and improve condition monitoring programs, including AI and machine learning applications.

Mentor team members and support program success for maintenance contracts.

Require a bachelor’s degree, 6+ years experience, and expertise in machine diagnostics. Certifications in ultrasound, vibration, and oil analysis are desirable.

Must have strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and work in a dynamic environment.
