Enrichment Leader

Seeking a Sunday-Thursday Enrichment Leader with an Associate's Degree to develop memory care expertise by leading evidence-based therapeutic programs for residents with cognitive impairments.

Plan, organize, and implement activities for seniors with mild cognitive impairment and dementia in Memory Care and Assisted Living.

Lead group activities following award-winning curriculum, assist with cognitive assessments, and maintain compliance documentation.

Qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related, with at least 6 months of group activity leadership experience with special needs populations.

Must be reliable, empathetic, team-oriented, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
