Seeking a Community Relations Sales Assistant to support the sales team with administrative tasks, resident file management, and event coordination.
Assist with move-in logistics, ensuring room readiness and smooth transitions for new residents and families.
Conduct follow-up calls, support tours, and enhance resident and prospect engagement.
Require a high school diploma, 2+ years administrative experience, strong organization, communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Must be reliable, empathetic, team-oriented, and able to work weekends if needed.
