Controls Engineer 1

This role provides engineering support for manufacturing operations, focusing on PLC projects, electrical design review, troubleshooting, and technical support during weekdays and weekends.

Ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience in Rockwell Control Logix PLC, robotics, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities include developing solutions, supporting continuous improvement, validating equipment, performing tests, investigating issues, and leading change control activities.

Requires a BS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics), strong ownership, leadership skills, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.

Preferred skills: PLC programming, HMI, communication networks, drives, robotics, vision systems, and programming languages.
