Job Description

Drive Enterprise-Scale Infrastructure Programs From Concept to Close

The Talent Source is partnering with a Fortune-ranked enterprise to deliver a multi-year pipeline of large, complex infrastructure and facilities projects. We're seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Program Manager who has already led 30 or more enterprise-level projects through a rigorous PMO/PPMO—cradle-to-grave. If you thrive in mature, fast-paced environments where credibility is earned through flawless delivery, this long-term contract is for you.

What You'll Own

Manage full-lifecycle delivery (initiation ? close) of warehouse, data-center, and campus build-outs, coordinating architects, GCs, business sponsors, and IT teams.

Decompose requirements into detailed WBS in an enterprise PPM tool (Planview, Clarity, Daptiv, MS Project Online, etc.); track schedule, budget, resources, and earned value.

Proactively surface risks, drive mitigation plans, and keep executive stakeholders informed with crisp, audience-tailored communications.

Interpret architectural/MEP drawings, site plans, and structural schedules to anticipate IT impacts (IDF/MDF placement, UPS/PDU capacity, cabling).

Lead contract/vendor management, change control, lessons-learned, and formal project closure in alignment with PMBOK.

Champion “entrepreneurial ownership” of budget, scope, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Must-Have Qualifications

7+ years delivering $MM infrastructure projects in enterprises of 20k–30k employees.

30+ end-to-end projects run in a disciplined PMO / PPMO.

Active PMP certification (required).

Demonstrated mastery of at least one enterprise PPM suite for resource & financial management.

Strong working knowledge of:

Data-center / warehouse infrastructure (such as: VMware / Hyper-V, UPS/PDU, structured cabling, IDF/MDF build-outs ).

Reading architectural & reflected-ceiling plans; basic permitting / certificate-of-occupancy concepts.

Executive-caliber written & verbal communication—able to craft business-ready decks and status reports free of grammar/spelling issues.

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA); BS in Electrical Engineering highly preferred.

Initiative & self-direction: you research what you don't yet know, then run at speed.

Nice to Have

ITIL Foundation certification or familiarity with ITIL service lifecycle.

Experience with Procore or similar construction-management platforms.
