CNC Machinist â Full-Time

Are you a skilled machinist looking to take your experience to the next level? We're looking for a CNC Machinist to join a growing team where precision, craftsmanship, and quality matter.

What Youâ ll Do:

As a CNC Machinist, you'll work on a wide range of projects involving precision parts and components used in hydraulic equipment, industrial machinery, aerospace, and more. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Operating a variety of machine tools including lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses

Reading blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements

Machining parts to spec using both manual and computer-controlled equipment

Inspecting parts for quality and ensuring conformance to tight tolerances

Making hydraulic cylinder shafts, barrels, glands, and pistons

Setting up machines and selecting appropriate tools for each job

Performing repairs or adjustments as needed to ensure quality output

Collaborating with a skilled team to meet production goals and deadlines

What Weâ re Looking For:

3-5 years of experience in CNC machining, ideally in a metalworking environment

Strong blueprint reading skills and familiarity with DXF files

Ability to set up machines and adjust programs as needed

A solid understanding of metal properties and machining techniques

Strong math and analytical skills

High attention to detail and a commitment to quality

A positive, team-oriented attitude

Experience with Proto Trak software is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship a plus
