What You’ll Do

Design and lead individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs

Deliver engaging, parent-centered training to help families support their child’s success

Provide direct clinical services and hands-on supervision to BTs, RBTs, and interns

Monitor session data and documentation to ensure accuracy and clinical integrity

Collaborate with families and team members to set goals and track progress

Host regular team meetings and promote a culture of learning and excellence

Complete assessments and reports within established timelines

Maintain BACB compliance and uphold the highest ethical standards

What You Bring

Active BCBA certification in good standing

Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field

Clinical experience working with children on the autism spectrum

Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude

Confidence in data-driven decision making and individualized care
