Pritchard Industries is seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager to spearhead the planning, coordination, and implementation of large-scale enterprise systems—primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 and UKG integrations. You’ll lead cross-functional workstreams, align internal and external teams, and play a key role in future-proofing our systems and processes. This is a Remote role, with occasional travel, approx. 10-15%. Ideal candidate must reside near a major US airport.

Responsibilities:

Lead high-impact ERP and HCM system implementation projects

Manage cross-departmental stakeholders (IT, HR, Finance, Ops)

Prioritize and execute complex project roadmaps

Oversee full SDLC and enterprise change management

Drive strategic adoption of new tools and processes in the field

Present regular project updates, timelines, and KPIs to senior leadership

Identify project risks and resolve bottlenecks with creative, business-first solutions

Qualifications:

10+ years of project management experience (ERP/HCM strongly preferred)

Bachelor's in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PMP a plus)

Experience with Microsoft D365, UKG, or comparable platforms

Expertise in Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Visio, and Office Suite

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills

Experience with field-based organizations or unionized labor is a plus

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Benefits:

Salary Range: $110,000-$135,00/year (based on experience)
