Description:
Seeking a Technical Writer in Dallas, TX, on an onsite W2 contract basis with immediate start.
Compensation: $25/hour, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Support the DallasNow platform by creating user-friendly documentation, guides, FAQs, and manuals.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, observe workflows, and develop accessible content aligned with standards.
Assist training teams with job aids and quick-reference materials.
Requirements include experience in technical writing within government or software, strong clarity skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Accela (preferred).
Desired skills include knowledge of municipal permitting processes and ability to incorporate visuals.
