Associate Dean

The Associate Dean of the College of Nursing and Public Health is responsible for ensuring high-quality academic programs and student services, supporting faculty research and teaching, and promoting diversity and excellence among students.

They lead curriculum development, accreditation efforts, and strategic planning aligned with institutional goals.

The role includes overseeing program evaluation, fostering inter-professional education, and securing external funding.

Requirements include a doctoral degree in nursing or related field, RN licensure or eligibility, and leadership experience in nursing education, curriculum development, and accreditation processes.

Experience with online programs, cultural diversity, and professional organizations is preferred. This position reports to the Dean and supervises program chairs, faculty, and staff.
