The Director of Admissions will oversee the recruitment and selection process for the new UGA School of Medicine, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities include developing strategic recruitment plans, managing admissions operations, and leading a team to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Key duties involve coordinating outreach efforts, representing the school at events, building partnerships, analyzing data for continuous improvement, and maintaining adherence to LCME and AAMC standards.
