Director of Admissions

The Director of Admissions oversees the recruitment and selection process for the new School of Medicine, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and accreditation standards.

Reporting to the Associate Dean, they develop strategic outreach, manage the admissions team, and oversee systems like CRM and applicant records.

Key duties include implementing national and regional recruitment strategies, coordinating interview processes, analyzing admissions data, and ensuring compliance with LCME and other regulations.

They serve as a spokesperson at outreach events, collaborate with faculty and external partners, and foster a positive team culture.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), experience in medical school admissions, and familiarity with accreditation standards, CRM platforms, and applicant evaluation best practices.
