Full Time Cake Decorator - / hour, based on experience

Location: Broadway Bakery

Reports to: Decorating Lead

Classification: Union 22

Rate: Up to $28.98/hr based on experience

Hours: Sunday–Saturday, evenings, 11am-9pm

Individuals should be willing to:

Make connections with customers

Decorate cakes using spatula icing, piping, fondant, and edible images

Fill and rotate cases, lift up to 50 lbs

Assist with product receiving, train staff, maintain cleanliness

Work collaboratively to ensure a great department

Ideal candidates are friendly, outgoing, with 2-3 years decorating experience, knowledgeable about cakes and seasonal themes, trained in food safety, motivated to grow.

Position offers skill development, career advancement, and a flexible schedule.

Physical demands include lifting, pushing, standing, repetitive motions; environmental factors include temperature variations and wet surfaces.
