RN- ICU Step Down (Full Time, Night Shift)- Doctors

The RN provides comprehensive nursing care across diverse acute care settings, following Ohio Board of Nursing standards.

Responsibilities include assessing patient health, planning and implementing care, evaluating outcomes, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs as per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Participates in quality improvement and operational activities to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

Minimum qualifications include an Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN within 5 years.

Night shift, 36 hours weekly, with a focus on compassionate, professional care and continuous learning.
