The Building Automation Control Electrician position involves servicing, maintaining, and upgrading Building Automation DDC and Energy Management Systems to support campus facilities in Eugene, OR.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and installing controls for HVAC, fire alarms, and process automation systems, with regular interaction with maintenance teams and campus community.
Requires at least two years of journey-level experience in electrical/control systems, and possession of an Oregon General Journeyman Electrical License or equivalent.
Must have experience with BAS platforms (Siemens, Johnson Controls, Alerton), troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, and pneumatic controls, and be willing to complete ongoing training.
Other requirements include a valid Oregon driver’s license, ability to participate in on-call rotation, and certification in confined space entry within 3 months.
