Staff RN: Observation Unit (Nights) - Riverside

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care in a 24/7 acute care setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

The RN will perform initial and ongoing health assessments, develop and document care plans, and evaluate patient responses to interventions.

Responsibilities include delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act, participating in process improvements, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve quality and satisfaction goals.

Qualifications include Ohio RN licensure, BLS certification, a valid driver’s license, and zero years of experience.
