Broadway Bakery - Full Time Cake Decorator - / hour

Location: Broadway Bakery Reports to: Decorating Lead Classification: Union 22 Pay: Up to $28.98/hr, based on experience Hours: Sunday–Saturday, evenings, 11am–9pm

Make lasting connections with internal customers and promote team customer service

Decorate cakes with spatula icing, piping, fondant, and edible images, possibly airbrushing

Fill and rotate cases and displays; may involve lifting up to 50 lbs

Assist with receiving products and maintaining a clean, sanitary facility

Train and develop future bakery staff, support team tasks

Ideal candidate: friendly, outgoing, with 2-3 years cake decorating experience, knowledge of frostings, fillings, and seasonal themes, food safety training, motivated to grow
