Staff RN - Neuro Spine Unit (Full-Time Days) Riverside

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care in a Neuro Spine Unit, operating 24/7/365.

The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs as per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities include performing health assessments (30%), planning interventions (30%), evaluating outcomes (20%), participating in process improvements (10%), and supporting operations (10%).

Qualifications include an Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN required after 5 years of employment.
