Staff RN - Neuro Spine Unit (Days)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across diverse acute care settings, including the Neuro Spine Unit.

The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs following Ohio Nurse Practice Act standards.

Performs initial and ongoing assessments, develops care plans, and documents patient responses and outcomes.

Participates in process improvements to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree, RN licensure in Ohio, and BLS certification.

This full-time role offers a 36-hour week, day shifts, and a supportive, learning-focused environment.
