Description:
This position offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive nursing care in a dynamic, 24/7 emergency department.
The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, delegating tasks appropriately according to Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
Responsibilities include performing health assessments, developing care plans, and evaluating patient responses to interventions.
Active participation in process improvements and operational tasks is expected.
Qualifications include an Associate's Degree, Ohio RN licensure, BLS certification, and no prior experience required.
Schedule includes every other weekend and 2-3 holidays per year, with night shifts.
