Scientist, Systems Engineer (Space Vehicle - Electrical)

Seeking a Space Vehicle Electrical Systems Engineer with 12+ years of experience (or 10+ with a graduate degree, or 16+ without a degree) to lead electrical integration of spacecraft bus, payloads, and communication systems.

Responsible for electrical design, development, integration, testing, and ensuring system meets mission requirements.

Coordinate electrical specifications, interface requirements, and testing activities across teams and subcontractors.

Support system modeling, reviews, troubleshooting, and risk assessments.

Requires active TS/SCI clearance, experience with spacecraft systems, electrical integration, and leadership of technical teams.

Preferred skills include familiarity with electrical interfaces, requirements validation, software integration, MBSE tools, and electrical subsystems.
