Scientist, Software Engineer TS/SCI

Seeking a highly experienced Chief Software Engineer to lead software architecture, product management, and business development in defense technology domains such as ISR and Electromagnetic Battle Management.

Must have 12+ years of relevant experience or 10+ with a graduate degree; experience in full stack development, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), and embedded platforms.

Proven ability to manage diverse engineering teams, engage directly with customers, and lead end-to-end software product development.

Expertise in AI/ML, real-time processing, open modular architectures, spectrum management tools, and API design preferred.

Strong communication skills required to convey complex concepts and respond to RFPs/RFIs.

Role involves interpreting customer needs, developing system architectures, leading R&D, and supporting strategic business goals. Salary range varies by location.
