Sr. Spec Manufacturing Engineer (Composite)

Seeking a Sr. Specialist, Manufacturing Engineer (Composite) at our Huntsville, AL facility.

Develops and transitions manufacturing processes from development to production, focusing on composite machining and cutting.

Creates work instructions, procedures, PFMEAs, and JSAs to meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Provides shop floor support, technical guidance, and training to teams.

Analyzes drawings, supports validation, and investigates nonconformances with corrective actions.

Prepares for customer reviews and communicates process changes effectively.

Requires a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent, including 2 years in composites.

Preferred skills include CAD modeling, CNC programming, GD&T, and experience with digital cutting tables, robots, and CMMs.

Position offers a 9/80 schedule, promoting work-life balance.
