Lead, Systems Engineering (Digital Architect)

Seeking a Lead Systems Engineering (Digital Architect) with 9+ years of experience (7+ with advanced degrees) in engineering, computer science, or physics to oversee digital ecosystem design and architecture.

Partner with teams to project-manage digital engineering initiatives including PLM, ALM, MBSE, DevSecOps, and Digital Thread integration across enterprise systems.

Assess current tools, develop digital ecosystem architectures, and identify capabilities for digital transformation.

Lead enterprise maturity assessments, gap analysis, and process improvements to enhance product delivery and reduce defects.

Collaborate with IT on data migration, create performance metrics, and promote adoption of new digital methodologies.

Qualifications include experience in modern technology architectures, systems engineering, enterprise data strategies, and team collaboration. Preferred skills include training, process transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
