Program Scheduler

Seeking a Program Scheduler responsible for analyzing and managing detailed project schedules, including status, performance, and critical path analysis.

Create, track, and optimize project plans using tools like MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Perform risk analysis, resolve schedule conflicts, and ensure integration across departments such as engineering, manufacturing, and finance.

Provide guidance, training, and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Utilize project management techniques like Gantt, PERT, earned value management, and schedule risk analysis.

Lead schedule reviews, contribute to process improvements, and support program and operational goals.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or equivalent, proficiency in MS Project, risk analysis, and schedule development.
