Seeking a Program Scheduler responsible for analyzing and managing master schedules, including performance, risk, and critical paths.

Creates and tracks schedules using MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint, ensuring integration across departments.

Provides guidance, coaching, and training to team members, and communicates with internal and external stakeholders.

Performs schedule analysis with techniques like Gantt, PERT, earned value management, and risk analysis, supporting program performance.

Develops and maintains integrated master plans, ensuring compliance with procedures and contributing to operational improvements.

Leads schedule reviews, presents updates to senior management, and influences process changes.

Requires a degree with 4+ years of experience or equivalent, strong MS Project skills, risk analysis, and program management knowledge.
