Automation Supervisor- Automation, Controls, PLC

MITER Brands is seeking an Automation Supervisor to lead process automation and engineering projects in the window and door manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities include developing innovative design solutions, creating CAD models, leading design reviews, and managing prototypes to support new and existing products.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects within budget and schedule, and oversee 24/7 automation support for manufacturing systems.

Supervise a team of 7-10 technicians, ensure safety compliance, and mentor staff.
