Workday Business Analyst (HCM experience)

MITER Brands is seeking a skilled Workday HCM Business Analyst to support HR system enhancements and maintenance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure Workday HCM.

Test, deploy changes, and troubleshoot system issues.

Develop reports and dashboards to monitor HR metrics.

Participate in cross-functional projects integrating Workday with other systems.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Workday HCM experience, with certifications in HCM, Payroll, or Time Tracking preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work independently or in teams. UKG experience is highly desirable.
