Principal Test Development Engineer

Seeking a Principal Test Equipment Design Engineer to join the Sensor Test Solutions Department onsite in Tewksbury, MA.

Requires U.S. citizenship and active, transferable Secret security clearance (Raytheon will sponsor).

Designs and develops complex factory test systems across disciplines (Power, RF, Analog, Digital), involving hardware, software, and firmware from requirements to deployment.

Leads medium-to-large teams, manages project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables, while supporting manufacturing operations through troubleshooting and testing.

Qualifications include a STEM degree, 8+ years of relevant experience, leadership skills, and experience with test hardware/software tools.

Preferred skills include project management tools, test automation software, and RF/digital hardware design.

Offers a salary range of $101,000 to $203,000, with comprehensive benefits, and is an equal opportunity employer.
